If your account is terminated, you will not be entitled to any refund of any fees or payments previously made. At Rummy Maestro, you can request a refund of any unutilized funds in your Deposit Balance by
contacting our support team, completing KYC, and adhering to the following conditions:
1) Processing Time: Once we receive your refund request, we will process it within 2 (two) weeks from the date of receipt. The refund will be credited to the original source of payment used to deposit the funds. In case the payment gateway is unable to process the refund due to reasons beyond our control, we will offer an alternative to transfer the amount from your Deposit Balance to your Withdrawal Balance, which you can withdraw after completing KYC verification.
2) Request Timeframe: Refund requests must be made within 180 (one hundred and eighty) days of the original deposit into your Deposit Balance.
3) Non-Refundable GST: Any GST deducted during the deposit process is non-refundable as per applicable laws.

The Platform Policies shall be governed in accordance with the applicable laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The courts of competent jurisdiction in New Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to determine any dispute arising out of, or in connection with, the Services provided by Skill Master. 2. Formal Dispute Resolution: All Arbitration proceedings shall be governed according to the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The Seat and Venue of the Arbitration shall be at New Delhi, India, and all proceedings shall be conducted in the English language. The Arbitral Award will be final and binding on the Parties, and each Party will bear its own costs of arbitration and equally share the fees of the Sole Arbitrator, unless otherwise instructed by the Arbitral Tribunal. The Sole Arbitrator shall be entitled to pass interim orders and awards, including the orders for specific performance and such orders will be enforceable in competent courts. The Arbitrator shall give a reasoned award.
